Default New Buggy build

Here will be the specs:

Rear engine
2 seater
Front and rear steer
Chromoly 4130 CDS AMS T 6736 COND N chassis (most of it)
Tig welded
60 front and rear - cut and turned - tubes moved etc...
Vortec 4.3 V6
Powerglide
Atlas 5:1
39 Krawlers
Under 5'5" at ride height with 20 inch belly clearance at lowest point
4 link front, 3 link rear - both with air shox

nice work. I see you went to air over hydro on your bender... why didn't you have that when we did my cage!

yeah, i noticed that last night too, hows that working for ya ?

much cheaper then a hydro setup right ?

Thanks!

Now about the bender... at one point we were outside on the side of a mountain working in the snow, and it was so friggin cold that the air compressor was frozen!

Now at least I have a flat level spot and it is enclosed - with heat! So I thought I would upgrade that, as well as the welder, and other tools.

It works great! I could not have bent that tube without it because I had to jack the entire bender up in the air 2 feet to clear the ground.

Much cheaper than the purchased hydro setup.

what did you need to buy to convert the manual setup to that ?

Parts:

Scrap metal and tubing
1 empty quart size gear oil bottle with new tip
Duct tape
Air over hydraulic ram - long ram
